Great News!
I went to the Oncologist today and found out I do not need chemo. I will be taking pills for the next 5 years and will continue to monitor any chance of recurrence.
I have jumped right back into work. I had extra help the first week but the 2nd week has been a busy one and I put in 65 hours. I have gotten my strength back and stocking grocery shelves has been a perfect way to stretch and get back into shape.
Thank you for all the prayers so many of you have been sending to heaven on my behalf. This brush with cancer has been a great reminder of how much I need the encouragement of my family and friends.
I have received cards from many people that I got to know while I worked at Val Vista Village RV Resort. I miss you all so much and it has been a delight to hear from you. Thank you for your friendship and concern.
Unless anything unusual occurs we will not be updating this blog again. Many of you have expressed appreciation for having this easy access to information. Thank you for wanting to keep in touch with me and my family,
